[GD] Sharp Memory LCD

샤프 메모리 LCD 입니다.

메모리 LCD라고 해서, 전원이 Off되도 e-paper처럼 잔상이 남는 형태는 아니고, 극소모전류 만으로도 잔상을 유지 하는 형태 입니다.

예를 들어 손목 시계같은 제품이 되겠네요.

E-INK, E-PAPER와는 특성이 좀 틀리고, TFT 저전력 변종이라고 보면 되겠네요.

정적 화면 유지 소모 전력이 6uW 입니다. 3V전원 사용시 2uA네요.

다만 스펙 상으로는 VIEW Angle이 그닥 좋지 않습니다.

전방향에 대해서 60degree 라서 좀 그렇네요.

Sharp Microelectronics LS013B4DN04 1.35-inch PNLC Memory LCDs are loaded with features that deliver a display capable of smooth-moving graphics, with 50% reflectance and low power usage of 12µW. The LS013B4DN04 thin 1.35-inch display with FPC connection comes with a flex cable that simplifies the connection to the display and allows for different mounting methods. These Sharp Microelectronics 1.35-inch square LCDs are visible in a 0.5 lux environment without requiring a light source. A 1-bit memory circuit is embedded into each pixel, which retains the pixel information once it's written.
